Topic or FAQ?
Should you write specific articles or should you create more topic-based content? This might depend on the product you are working in and the amount of content you have. For example, feedback from Chemical Manager has been that sometimes users get confused about the overall context if they are in a specific article and might benefit from a more topic-based approach. It is likely that you will end up creating both short articles and more longer topics.
